JSC “Kogondonmahsulotlari”, on the basis of a decision of the Supervisory Board, announces a tender for the assessment of the corporate governance system.
Documents for participation in the competition from applicants are accepted daily from 10.00 to 16:00, documents are accepted until March 01, 2019.
The following organizations have the right to take part in the competition:
– stock Exchange;
– professional participants in the securities market;
– audit organizations having in staff a specialist with the corresponding certificate of a corporate manager or a specialist in the securities market;
– accredited rating agencies;
– Scientific and educational center for corporate governance;
– Center for research on privatization problems, development of competition and corporate governance.
The assessment of the corporate governance system in JSC is based on a questionnaire approved by the State Competition Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Scientific and Educational Center for Corporate Governance.
To participate in the competition, you must provide the following documents
– calculation of the cost of work and services (contract);
-documents giving the right to conduct an assessment of corporate governance.
